What does the booking process look like?
It all begins when you submit your inquiry form! We will gather that information and get in touch to schedule a consultation where we can discuss details about your event, your needs and expectations, and your budget. From there a quote gets put together, and we finalize the agreement for your special day.
What does a day-of coordinator do?
A day-of coordinator is the time-keeper and point of contact for the day of your event. All vendors and questions go through the coordinator so that those questions do not have to be answered by you. Think of us as your personal assistants for the day! We’ll do decor set up, decor break down, and pretty much anything in between.
Is a day-of coordinator really worth it?
Absolutely! Your day-of coordinator is there to make sure that everything runs smoothly for your event so you can be mentally present and enjoy the party you’ve been waiting to throw! We would rather you remember the dancing at your wedding instead of the caterer being late or items being left behind!
We’re getting married in PA but we live out of state. Can you still work with us?
Yes, absolutely! Oasis’s services can be used in any state, and even for destination events if that’s what your heart desires! We will make sure that your event is covered, even if you live out of state or are planning an event in a different state.
How early in the planning process should we book a wedding coordinator?
The truth? As soon as possible!! Planning and coordination services are one of the best things you can do for yourself earlier in the process of planning your event to eliminate stress and get industry questions answered sooner in your booking process with other vendors. We’re able to walk you through the whole planning process, not just the event day!
